Course Duration: 4 Weeks (16 hrs)

Course Structure:

Module: I (Duration : 4 hours)

  • Introduction to IOT
  • Domain specific IOTs (Home, Cities, Environment, Agriculture etc)
  • Introduction to Arduino UNO / Node MCU, ESP01
  • Introduction to Embedded C programming
  • Main Functions in ARDUINO IDE (Development environment for ARDUINO)

Module : II (Duration : 4 hours)

  • Interfacing Electronic Digital (I/O) Hardware peripherals:
  • LED, BUZZER, relay interface , LCD interface, ambient Temperature sensor, Humidity sensor , flow sensor etc. Involving adc interface, digital interface , Interrupt handling etc.

Module: III (Duration : 8 hours)

  • Introduction to NODEMCU- ESP 01 (Wi-Fi Module)
  • Communication between Arduino UNO and NodeMCU
  • Circuit Diagram and code explanation
  • IOT- Developing Thing Speak API to update sensor values to a Cloud
