Objectives & Methodology

This program is an INTERFACE with the Engineering students and people from the industry in order to prepare the students to be industry ready.

Though the employment market is getting broader with passing day, the criteria for hiring are getting narrower as the organizations now are becoming more concerned about ‘Quality’ of their employees in which a significant part is fresher. The term ‘Quality’, in general, is measured by marks scored by the candidates during their School & College days which however is not the only criterion during interviews. The organizations from all sectors are looking for mature, becoming & illustrative candidates. The interviewer measures a candidate’s suitability in several parameters, therefore, being on top of the ever-changing industry standards are getting tougher day by day.

Considering the above aspect we need to prepare the students to face the competitive scenario in the job market.

Training Methodology:

Our unique Training Methodology starts with Pre-Training evaluation where we identify the students as Average, Good & Better. Once we identify them we provide training to the students on their weak areas to convert them from Average to Good, Good to better, and better to best. To initiate the whole process we use several unique tools & techniques.
